Cairo's Middle School Track Team participated in the Macon MS Relays on Wednesday. Congratulations to Avery Brumley for earning a second place finish in the high jump, and Melia Gittemeier for earning a third place finish in the 800 meter run. Olivia Cross earned a fourth place finish in the 100 meter dash and sixth place in the long jump. Macie Harmon earned a fourth place finish in the triple jump and a fifth place finish in the high jump. The 400 meter relay team of Avery Brumley, Macie Harmon, Addison Bailey and Olivia Cross earned a fourth place finish.

The High School Track Team competed Friday at the Tiger Invitational in Kirksville. Congratulations to Preslee Brubaker for earning a second place finish in the high jump. Quincy Wiegand earned a second place finish in the 300m low hurdles and Journey Sander earned a third place finish in the pole vault. There were ten teams competing, and our Cairo girls earned a fourth place finish.
