A Preventative Oral Health screening program is being offered for ALL students at Northeast R-IV. This screening will provide two free dental screenings and fluoride treatments during the school year. The first treatment is on November 10th. The form to participate in the program has been emailed to all parents and a paper form has been sent home with each student as well.
